For every shirt you purchase, CYNY will clothe someone in need.
Sometimes that’s an orphan in Kenya who needs a uniform to attend school, a single mom in Brooklyn who needs help paying for diapers, or a person who lives on the streets and could use a new pair of in kicks.
Their purpose is to expand a view of “community” by redefining “neighbor.”
The intention was never to become a full throttle, non-profit, organization. However, as people like yourself bought into the vision of CYNY, their ability to provide for the needy grew and their understanding of how clothing can bring social or economic change expanded. They started to ask themselves, “Who is our neighbor?” and with that, they erased the lines between countries and adopted the idea of a global neighborhood.

Haven of Rest Rescue Mission

Over 25 years in the downtown area of Tallahassee, the Haven of Rest Rescue Mission has been serving local men that have fallen on hard times. Many lives have been changed and restarted on a path that now includes Jesus.
The Haven is a rescue mission that now makes accommodations for over 100 men every night, 365 days a year. God has truly made a place for the sick, the lame, and the downtrodden. That place for hundreds and hundreds every year is truly a Haven of Rest.
